So after much research with me being a science geek, i have started logging into this site every morning to track our planet and solar system. Many wake to Wall street, CNN, FOX NEWS...i wake to track whats beyond our media apparently...anyways if your intrigued about our planet and sun check out this website.

Last Saturday was the Super Moon.

Would like to start a chat about any ways the Super Moon has made a difference in your lives...I will start by saying, this last weeks super moon has left me feeling amazing. Great energy, positive thoughts, creative and focused...about to graduate with my certificates this upcoming week, and feel the power everyday. I would love to hear your stories!

Fresh Face Mask!

Freshest mask I've EVER had, and maybe the nicest thing I've ever done for my skin. 1/3 cucumber peeled and blended w/ 2 tbsp water, 1 tsp chlorella, 1 tsp bentonite clay. Spread on face: leave for 20-30 minutes. Soothing & naturally detoxifying. Smells like a garden! What do you do with the left over blended cucumber? ADD CHLORELLA, AND DRINK A NIGHT CAP, OF COURSE! WHAT ELSE? ;))

Yoga Before Dishes...?:)

Soooo, as I stated in my intro...I believe in Alternative Medicine, salts, herbs, meditation, vitamins they all tie in together. I make different remedies for every issue on a personal level.
